Who we are?

MKB Autopark started its activity in Bulgaria at the beginning of 2009. During the year company became one of the key factors on the bulgarian market of operational leasing and fleet management. MKB-Euroleasing Autopark owns 70% оf the shares of MKB Autopark.. This company was founded in 1999. Its main business activity is operational leasing and fleet management for corporate customers.
At the beginning of 2009, MKB-Euroleasing Autopark Co. is financing and managing more than 9000 vehicles of more than 400 corporate customers.

MKB-Euroleasing Autopark:

MKB-Euroleasing Autopark is a member of MKB-Euroleasing Group, company with shareholder capital of 48M EUR.

Other members of the holding are:

• Eurorisk: market leading insurance broker in Hungary. More than 100, 000 customers
• Carnet: Brand dealerships with altogether 30 sales points of Toyota, FIAT, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Citroën, Ford, Mazda, Honda, KIA, Renault and Volvo
• MKB Euroleasing Co: Vehicle retail financing with significant market share and more than 87, 000 contracts
• 49% of Toyota Financing: Retail financing of brand vehicles

50% of MKB-Euroleasing Group is owned by MKB Bank Hungary which is one of the oldest and largest  banks in Hungary with a very strong position in the financing market. MKB Bank Hungary is the major owner of MKB Unionbank in Bulgaria.

The rest  30% of capital of MKB Autopark Ltd. is owned by Pesta Ltd.
